IC Panic Log Tool is operated by IMEI Clear. We collect contact details you submit on this site so we can respond about shop access. We do not run public log analysis and we do not create accounts from this form.

What we collect

Contact form submissions include your name, shop name if provided, email, phone, preferred time and time zone, contact method, optional message, and the landing-page variant you saw. Panic logs are not accepted on public pages.

How we use it

We use this information to contact you about access, to operate shop accounts you later receive, and to review aggregate landing-page performance. Aggregate analytics store variant and event type only—not your name, email, or phone.

Retention

Operators may update, export, or anonymize a lead. Signed-in shop analysis stores sanitized findings, not raw multi-megabyte logs.
