Before you send a log
- You can run the log through the free analyzer first — it works locally in your browser and needs no account.
- Please do not send customer personal data. If you share a panic log excerpt for review, strip names, phone numbers, serial numbers, and anything else identifying first.
- A short reviewed excerpt is enough. You never need to send a full customer device history to ask a diagnostic question.
